Hi My Name is Matthew and i am from Australia and i am 25 years old and i was borne with a thing called Bladder exstrophy what is Bladder exstrophy it is a congenital anomality in which part of the urinary bladder is present outside the body. It is rare, occurring once every 10,000 to 50,000 live births with a 2:1 male:female ratio. The diagnosis involves a spectrum of anomalies of the lower abdominal wall, bladder, anterior bony pelvis, and external genitalia. It occurs due to failure of the abdominal wall to close during fetal development and results in protrusion of the anterior bladder wall through the lower abdominal wall.

Treatment is with surgical correction of the defect, but patients can still have long term issues with urinary tract infections and urinary incontinence.

So all of this i have urinary incontinence i use a catheter every 4 hours of my life day in day out night and day some times i still might wet my bed at night and all so some times in the day time and some times at work i might wet my self and i don;t know what to do so i just keep on working in my wet underpants and my work pants at list my pants are black

it makes me mad when i wet my self and i some times find it hard to live with as i some times i am not home and i well just have to keep on going in wet pants and it is no fun i tell you

Hi Matthew iam David I just came across your post you really had a bad time of it and I hope you are keeping well ,did you never consider using nappys or pull up pants or pads to protect yourself you can also get plastic pants to help prevent leakage during your working day there is no need to be letting yourself get upset with accidents.

Hello Mathew David is quite right. If you have incontinence issue why not use adult diapers. Believe me it can be of great help to you.
