Many women suffer from light leakage after having vaginal childbirth. Please post your favorite products or approaches for dealing with light leakage.

It's estimated that nearly half of all women suffer from some sort of incontinence after childbirth and many of those never report it their general physicians or their obgyn's. In many cases surgery and kegel exercises can help reduce or eliminate incontinence all together. I personally experienced stress incontinence after the birth of my second child who was 9lbs and delivered vaginally. I found after the birth of my baby that if I jumped or moved funny I would have leakage. I found that I needed to go to the bathroom more frequently and that I was unable to wait as long as I had before. I would love to hear other women's stories.
